Haven't watched much tv for some time now so I'm not current with what's being marketed on daytime/late night tv. I remember the silly ab zapper belt that's suppose to shock you to getting a six pack. There was the Shake weight that probably did nothing more than give you repetitive stress injury. The perfect pushup and ab roller looked to be actually beneficial but again you shouldn't kid yourself into thinking a single exercise is going to make you look like the person demonstrating the product. It takes work and dedication to get the body you want.
