I really like Zella leggings the best (none are high rise on me). I have had some from Gap Fit in the past that were great as well, but some there come in high rise and aren’t as comfortable as the mid-rise options. You can usually find Zella for cheap at Nordstrom Rack or on sale at Nordstrom and Gap Fit is usually never that expensive.
My problem is I'm short 5'3 and petite, so everything tend hit my wrong unless I buy it in petites ... I have no ideal if that why your having issues~~

Yes, I'm only 5'3" but with an athletic build (around 140 lbs).
I'm a runner and some lightweights, I'm short 5'3 and 118, body type petite, I'm not big anywhere~ Average size clothing is way to big but petite clothing does work for me. ...
Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up finding something that fits me really well. It's a little bit higher-waisted than I would like, but everything else about it is great. It's by Reebok and called mesh tights. https://www.reebok.com/us/mesh-capri...ize=CF8692_500
They run a little large. Even at 140 lbs. I still fit in a small.
I like them so much I just bought 4 more pairs. There's a Memorial day sale on where you get 40% off if you buy 4 or more items, so I thought I might as well!
