I was rolling, guy cranked hard on my neck. At first I did not feel anything, but when I got home late last night I started feeling pain on my neck. Today the pain feels worst. I plan to sit out of classes until the pain goes down, but I figured doing cardio or a leg routine would be fine. Any suggestions on how to deal with neck pain after rolling? I looked up google searches on this topic, been doing the recommended neck stretches, just wondering if there is something else I can do to help? thanks.
