wow...I do not eat THAT badly for you to say eat a salad and not fried chicken. I never eat fried food. Gross. Snacks are basically fiber one bars...how are those bad? I would love to eat eggs and carrots and tuna, but I just don't like them. Can't stomach tuna even in the house-the smell just makes me sick. We do eat pizza once a week, but it is homemade with whole wheat crust, low fat cheese, and organic sauce...Not that bad for you! Our hamburgers are homemade of 90/10 meat with who wheat buns...
Not sure why you just sounded off like that.
