I have been walking for about 6 months now and only recently started feeling exhausted throught the day.I have been walking 4 miles per day and bumped it up last week to just over 5 miles at a pace of roughly 4 miles per hour.I have recently signed up for 24 hour fitness to lift some weights into the mix.Since I have started going at night and lifting for 30 minutes then I do the bicycle for 30-40 min. but like I said since I;ve started doing this im feeling really tired so I went back to just walking.
Do you think that's to much excersize?
I'd make sure you are taking some electrolytes. Get a few tubes off Amazon and see if that helps you. They are like big alka selzers. Just drop into your water bottle and drink. I've found this helps me
Im 36 and 250 lbs.I have recently lost 50lbs and plan to loose another 50lbs to get to 200lbs.I dont have any physical problems I just started feeling tired .I think it may have something to do with working out 2 times a day, thats when I started feeling tired but it didnt happen for about 4 days.It felt great to be able to work out twice a day but for some reason I am just to tired now.I am eating about 1800 calories a day maybe 2000 and my diet is fruit's, veggies, almonds, salmon, cod, chicken, some beef, some whole grain bread, only drink water I dont smoke or drink and dont eat anything after 6 oclock.
You're clearly over-exercising. Focus on gradual improvement or enjoy that months, years or decades long rehab from injury.
Cut out the carbs. Cut out the sugar. Drink filtered water only. Eat hormone free, free range meats.
As others have said it is probably something very basic.
You may not be getting enough carbohydrates for as much exercise as you’re doing. Make sure you are hydrated. Sleep is important. Make sure you have recovery days.
If you look at your Bass metabolic rate, the amount of exercise you were doing and the amount of food intake you may find you’re at too much of a deficit
