I agree! I love shoulders!

While I'm in the sharing mood, I'll add that I lost 1.5 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hips. I lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 1.5 pounds of muscle. (According to an online calculator) And most importantly, I feel GREAT! Not too bad for 1 month's work!

Here are a couple of me... nothing fabulous, but I'm working out nonetheless! These pics are after 1 month of CrossFit.

My deadlift increased by 20 pounds.
Squat #150 in front of the fan. Whew!
Nice physique.

Here is one of me from a few months ago to help get things going again. I need to lose a few pounds - it's my gut. But I refuse to give up the wine habit. If I do, I'll post an updated pic. (I assume I was doing upper body work this particular day, because I usually don't look this big...!)
Nice pecs!

Being brave:

7/27/2009 My Beginning.
I wore a size 14 in pants and XLarge in tops 175lbs

This is 3/15/2010
I wore a size 4 in pants, small in top 130lbs

My family and I went to Disney shortly after this and I really fell off my Clean Eating and excercising. With that and major stress I have not gotten back on track. As of today I have 8 lbs to lose, in a size 8 and slowly creeping back into a medium top. All of that is changing come Monday. Its all back into 100% my routine. Which I am looking forward to.

No steroids, but thanks for accusing me of using them, much appreciated. I do not use any supplements, no red bull, no protein powders, no creatine, no glutamine, no nothin'.
