are the mobile home parks even worth looking at in terms of character/quality of people etc. We don't want to go somewhere really rough but they might be nice so I thought I would ask. thanks!

I currently live in a mobile home park in Anchorage. Some are pretty sleazy and I would not live there but this one seems pretty good. Lots of families have been here for ages, lots of older couples too. We live at the back end so it's quiet and close to the mountains. The park has some pretty strict rules to the place is not trashy.
