I'm pale, reddish blonde hair and green/blue eyes.

My dress is a dark powder blue. Tell me how to do my makeup and what colors to use.

I like the natural/glowy kind of look though I also can be persuaded to do the evening/sultry look as well.

Try a lipstick or lipstain and a blush with a coral tone to them, for the eyes use a sheer gold metallic on the lid with a slight cat-eye liner in an almost-black deep bronze.

Something like this <img src=http://media.onsugar.com/files/2011/04/17/6/670/6708701/ac542ff0173cfa3e_rmk-summer-edm_path.preview.jpg>

but hit up the blush a little bit stronger

I believe the best look for you would be light colors with neutral tones. Neutral tones are best for natural looks, and paired with your reddish hair, they won't overwhelm your pale skin.

1.) Starting with a clean face, apply your favorite base make-up. I prefer just a light dusting of bare minerals powder, but if you prefer liquid foundation, apply evenly and set with powder. Using the palest pink blush you can find, brush the color lightly across the apples of your cheeks. You do this by smiling fully, placing two fingers together against your nose, and swiping the brush outwards and upwards from your fingers.

2.) Curl your lashes. Always curl your lashes before applying mascara because the mascara weakens your lashes and could cause breakage. If your lashes are light, use a light brown mascara and apply it to the top and bottom lashes. This is a step that is completely optional. I never curl my lashes or wear mascara.

3.) Using a clean pencil, apply white eyeliner to your water line, and then apply a shimmery white eyeshadow to the inner corners of your eyes; this will open your eyes a bit and make them look bigger. Apply a barely there shimmer brown eyeshadow to the crease of your eyelid, and apply a shimmer white eyeshadow to your eyelid while blending the brown into the white. You are trying to create a fading effect with the darker color in the crease and almost pure white closer to your lash line.

4.) If you have pretty pink lips, lipstick may be completely unnecessary. You can create a slight shimmer to your lips by applying a clear moisturizing lip balm. The moisture created by the lip balm with reflect light and look prettier than any lipstick or lip gloss. My absolute favorite product is the "Perfectly Pure Vitamin E Moisturizing Stick." If you would prefer to wear lipstick, chose a moisturizing soft pink seashell color and apply to your lips.

Here is a representation of the colors I have described.

Here is a link to lip balm that I highly recommend.
