Why don't men show off their legs as much as women? (buy, tone)

I wish men did wear shorter shorts, I really dislike long shorts, they are not attractive. Men usually have sexy legs and I like to see a nice manly masculine leg once in a while.
According to Women, they aren't into guys leg too much. Not sure why isn't equal to the sexiness of the women's legs.
I dunno about that. I have been known to compliment a guy on his sexy legs when I've seen them displayed in shorts.
The guys are surprised when they get the compliment and after I have said something, I can tell it kinda makes their day!
I don't think it's quite as practical for men to wear their legs exposed. I have never seen a professional looking suit with knee pants or ankle pants or shorts.
The reason probably lies somewhere in this fact: The more skin a man exposes the less he is likely to be taken seriously... and that's exactly the same with women.

The shorts and jacket look is a bit 'private schoolboy' (or public schoolboy, as the case may be), but it only looks funny because it's not what we're used to seeing. Shorts in general are seen as too casual, on men or women.

What about kilts? I have Scottish blood, so maybe I'd look professional in a kilt.
