Is this pair of women's rain boots wearable by men? (guys, product)

I have a 20% coupon for Payless shoe stores. I have been thinking about buying a pair of rain shoes。I didn't find any for men on Payless website, but there is one for women which looks like unisex, but I am not sure about this. Does someone have some idea? Thanks！

Most guys here wear regular shoes in the rain, unless they are out working in it.
On snowy days, they wear snow boots or waterproof ankle-high shoes.

What "regular shoes" are worn in the rain? My canvas shoes and sneakers are soaked in rain so that my feet are soaked in water as well, when I just walked to classrooms.

The picture was of duck shoes, named cause you could be like a duck and walk through water. In warm weather some men wear flip flops, some wear boat shoes (google it) and some wear dress shoes that they treat with neat.s foot oil to make them water resistant.
