To the OP and JustinCase: What, exactly, does one wear to one's father's inauguration?

The girls and Michelle looked beautiful in both pictures. I also loved the girls' coats and gloves.

I like those dresses on the girls. I didn't care for the ones at the swearing-in ceremony.

I didn't watch the inauguration but seeing the photos and video of the family, I think the girls were dressed appropriately and looked great.

The Obamas looked absolutely wonderful, daughters included. But hey - that's just my opinion (and most people's opinion, apparently.)
