It is impossible to tell if a woman has fake breasts when dressed, unless she has a VIL (visible implant line) which occurs when they are ultra skinny, such as Victoria Beckham.
Then they look like two tupperware bowls bolted to their chest.
No, not with clothes, unless you knew them before and there is now MORE there.
The only one I knew with certainty was seeing the wedding pictures of the daughter of my parents' friends. The wedding dress showed a lot of cleavage and there was quite a canyon there. She didn't have that canyon in her 20s. Also, she was raised in SOUTH Orange County, CA, so consumption of boob jobs made it even more likely.
Its easy to tell if her breasts are fake when naked, and usually easy to tell with a bra, too.
But is it possible to tell if a woman has implants when she has clothes on? I'm not sure.
I've identified a few things, which I think MIGHT work.
-If she has large breasts, but no cleavage when wearing a low cut top, like this:
-And the other if she is wearing a top, and the breasts look very separated.
Again, I don't know if these are signs, just speculating.
Actually from just looking at the photo they look pretty realistic. Real breasts come in so many shapes and sizes there are no fast rules. In fact I think people with implants are more likely to have cleavage as natural breasts have a natural hang to them...we wear bras for a reason!!!

Are you really that foolish to think you can tell? Hell most men can't tell if the woman is bare-ass naked. You think you can tell with the clothes ON? As far as cleavage, are you totally unfamiliar with push-up bras??
I find it next to impossible to NOT be able to tell when a woman has fake breasts.
Seriously? My guess is that you would be far off base there.
