Some people over-pluck and turns out disastrous, while others wait for them to "grow out" but they will never turn out as well as hoped...do you think just about anyone can have "good" eyebrows?

The "strong brow" doesn't work for everyone, no? Brooke Shields and Denise Richardson though.

As for men, "manicured" eyebrows look fine on Asian guys but not white guys, don't you think?

I honestly don't think men who do a lot of eyebrow grooming look appealing. It looks "too pretty" for me. If a man wants to get rid of his unibrow, I get it but beyond that isn't attractive to me. I wouldn't want to be with a guy who did more grooming than me.

As for women, I think more on the fuller side is better. Not bushy unkempt brows, but groomed brows which look flattering. I don't think Denise Richards, Brooke Shields, or the Olson sisters have bad eyebrows. Thinner eyebrows can age you and make you look "angry" (BTDT!). With age, women lose eyebrow and eyelash hairs so it's better to keep them slightly fuller. No tadpole shapes, thin lines, or arches right at the nose. The tail shouldn't be a super thin line either, because it's what sets off the arch and gives the eyebrow its real shape.

Eyebrows hardly look the same because very few people have symmetrical faces or eyebrows. I read somewhere eyebrows should look like sisters rather than identical twins. A lot of people have eyebrows which have different growth patterns out of the skin. It's also easier to keep slightly fuller brows because the lack of symmetry isn't as apparent compared to thinner eyebrows. Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie, and Scarlett Johansson have nice eyebrows for their face shapes. I personally decided to let my eyebrows stay on the fuller side since I look terrible with thinner eyebrows, they're not perfectly symmetrical, and I don't want to look permanently angry. LOL.

My daughter has great eyebrows, naturally.

She is half Asian/Hawaiian and many asians have wide sparse brows but with a beautiful arch. Lucky Chloe got the nice arch, but narrow and filled in.

I think Jensen Ackles is a guy whose perfectly manscaped eyebrows actually distract from his looks.

Yes. I have full eyebrows and get them threaded to clean up strays. I think it's funny when I get eyebrow compliments - but I'll take whatever I can get.
