I use CeraVe moisturizer every day and night. I use the AM version during the day, and the PM version at night. The AM has some sunscreen, although it might be a little stronger than 15. I don't know why you couldn't use it on your head. It is a good product. You can find it at Walgreens. I actually have taken to using it on my neck and throat as well as my face.

Another good product to try might be Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer. It has the SPF 15 that you want. I use another Cetaphil product to prevent eczema. I would use any of their products with confidence.

My husband has a crewcut but with bald spots and he uses my Monsia day moisturizing cream with SPF15 and it seems to protect him quite well but if the sun is especially hot he also wears a baseball cap. Don't worry it is not greasy and is absorbed quickly.
