For starters, what is an article like that doing in Cosmo
Granted they have been getting ore trashy in recent decades, but having film hookers before and after pictures in a mainstream magazine.
I haven't read Cosmo in a long time, but I thought all their articles were about how to turn on your man.

I disagree. Although the females porn stars may not be very hot, I believe the male porn stars are just hideous compared to the women It's proof positive that being a successful male porn star is all about package size and not general attractiveness. But since guys watch porn more than women, they probably don't realize how ugly their fellow fellows are on these films.
I don't watch most regular porn or don't notice enough.

1) The comparison is to other women you see on-screen. However, in virtually all these cases such women either make considerably more money (and are thus able to spend more on diet and skin care) in tending to their looks, or are part of a production that is worth far more than your average porn production, which spends more making its actors look good (do you think the make-up facilities for a porn production come anywhere close to those of virtually anything you see on TV?).
2) Everything else in a porn production (lighting, post-production, etc.) is going to be of inferior quality to anything else you see on-screen, and that cheapness reveals - rather than masks - the real skin of a person.
3) Finally, you're more likely to get extreme close-ups (and all the dermitological flaws they reveal) in porn than watching, say, a sit-com or anything you see on television or in a movie.
Real people simply do not look like what you see in a $25 million dollar movie or a television show that costs six or seven figures per episode. Porn is a comparatively cheap business.
I think these are things to remember and so is the fact that many people who are famous and under lights have. I think even male are touched up with make-up sometimes.
I've noticed some male celebrities who have rather unpleasant skin too when close up. Matt Damon and Jason Segel are two that I've noticed during close-ups in movies are covered in moles. Like to the point that it's too many moles.
I saw that (mole excess) in porn once, on a woman. It was distracting and disgusting. If people think skin doesn't matter in porn, I'd have seen it more times.
Taking all those loads everywhere can't be good for the skin.
I have to disagree, I think it's more of the meth they do. I read online somewhere once that it is a problem male and female porn stars have, I would guess you would need to be messed up as in(tweeking) to be able to perform for hours on end during the shoot.(no pun intended)

That's not true. Science has found that semen is loaded with antioxidants and proteolytic enzymes that do wonders for the skin. There's a company that even produces a moisturizer that's based on bull semen... you can look that up.
You can read this testimonial from this grandmother and from Heather Locklear about the benefits they've found. But just because it comes from a certain source, people are going to pooh pooh it.... the fact is, nature doesn't really care where it produces things..... it leaves those kinds of hangups to people.
If the recommendation by the grandmother and by Heather Locklear is a little too much for you here's another tip that uses a fruit loaded with proteolytic enzymes and antioxidants. Btw, a fruit is the ovary of the plant.
Buy a papaya and create your own facial treatment. Like the author says in this link, wait until it starts getting over-ripe because that's when it is at its peak with these substances. You can make your own cream and you can also place the peels on the skin after you have eaten the fruit.
