I have always been a modest woman. Even in my younger years. Wearing shorts that barely cover my cheeky behind ain't my style. I prefer shorts 2-6 inches above the knee. Is there anything wrong with a womam that prefers to dress modestly or "tomboyish"

Wrong for who? What do you care? Wear what you want and do not allow anyone else to dictate your clothing, dress for your comfort.
I just asked my husband how he prefers I wear my shorts and he looked at me with a completely baffled face. He said, "How you wear your shorts? What do you mean? Is this a trick question? I don't understand."
And I was like, "Yep."
Wear your shorts however you feel comfortable wearing your shorts.
I don't dictate who or what my husband looks at. And he doesn't dictate what length shorts I wear. Seems to have worked for the 26 years we've been married.
If I saw a young lady wearing Daisy Dukes, I'd probably look, too. If I saw an old man wearing Daisy Dukes, I'd glance at him and smile. If I saw a priest, a rabbi, and the pope wearing Daisy Dukes, I'd look and think, "Hey, good for them." People should wear whatever type of shorts they want to wear.

Why are you asking men? Don't you have a brain of your own?

Same here but for the 13 years we have been together and 8 of those Married.
I am usually the one who will point out an attractive woman to Mr. CSD, he is generally oblivious to this sort of thing.

I'm sure my husband notices other women, but he's never been one to be obvious and crude about it. He's my best friend and I'm his best friend, so we genuinely try to be respectful and kind to one another.
We were at a resort in Aruba a few years ago and there were nekkid folk everywhere. He came out onto the beach and I said, "Look at all the nips. Nips as far as the eye can see." At first I thought this one lady had pom poms on her swimsuit where the nips should be. Then I realized she had tan lines and the "pom poms" were her nips. Then I felt bad for complimenting her..."Hey, lady! I like your crazy pom poms!" (just kidding!)
