I injured my eye area yesterday (black and blue eye, stitches and all that), and I am probably going to work either tomorrow or the next day. They all know what happened. I don't want to look messed up, but I have no attractive eye patches near me.

but what do you think looks better?

or

Sorry, this is a serious thread, and I don't want to draw attention but I think the first one looks better, and it's more comfortable because it doesn't fall off. I make the bandage tape look more like strings though and "eye patch" looking.

Is there a drug store nearby where you could buy one of these:

on the way to work?

Were you told by medical advice to cover your eye?
If not then do not cover it but no matter what you do you are going to draw attention.
Personally I don't like either look that you posted, no matter how awful it looks I would rather see nothing or a regular
eye patch.
Unfortunately there are no attractive eye patches available.

The first one is probably more comfortable.

If you can make it to a walgreens or cvs, they sell eye patches that function like bandaids, and they are much more attractive. You may rip your eyebrow off, but beauty is pain, right?
