How often do you look for past styles? (legs, chlorine, damage)

I would like to know, do you ever search for past styles that are no longer made?
Sometimes I search eBay or Poshmark to look for such styles. This year I have bought a pink/white gingham linen/cotton blend button-down shirt, and I just placed an order for pink/blue plaid swim trunks. The latter has been on eBay for a while (until now) and I have debated whether or not to buy it, but I just decided I should have such a pair for I can have an alternative to my pink Ralph Lauren swim trunks. Particularly, with the pink/blue swim trunks I can still wear a pink shirt at the same time. One thing I have been on the lookout for if one ever shows up in unworn condition is a solid pink interlock polo from my favorite brand's Spring 2015 collection (since mine was damaged by bleach or pool chlorine).
Several years ago I searched Ebay for a mouton coat like I so wanted to have back in the day. I could never find one that I could wear, and that I would pay for. I've also looked at older style Fossil bags, and I've thought about buying one. But the older ones don't have the proper pockets for smart phones. So, I never went beyond looking.
I actually haven't bought anything from ebay in about 15 years. I had a bad purchase experience, and I never bid again on their site.
I do look there from time to time. And sometimes I look at shoes or bags.

As for higher end brands counterfeits are a problem. Luckily I don't buy much of those premium and luxury brands.
I just bought another shirt on Poshmark; it appears to be my favorite shade of pink (I think I have seen a pre-owned one on eBay before), although I can't confirm 100%. I think I will be happy regardless.
A had an amazing pair of Guiseppe Zanotti gold python stilettos from the early 00's that I still look for on Ebay.
Goldenbleu handbags. The company went out of business when the recession hit but their bags are amazing.
Hermes scarves from any decade.
Vintage clutches from any designer or non designer any decade.
Judith Leiber swarovski minaudieres. Any decade.
Tommy Bahama holiday candles. TB stopped making them and I think I just bought the last two on Ebay. If anyone knows where I can find them, I'd be appreciative.
Often, because most clothes nowadays are ****e and they expect everybody to just hop on the train. I don't want stupid skinny pants for nerds and rednecks.

Not really constructive posting for this forum. If you don't like a style, you don't have to like it. But let's leave the name-calling back in middle school.
Besides, LOTS of people beyond 'nerds and rednecks' wear skinny jeans.

I don't care if it's "constructive," the styles are stupid and the only things available on the market other than Tripps and Jncos. I'm virtually stuck buying sh!te pants I don't like that are effing ugly. The thread is about styles you want to go away, not syles that you like.
