I'm pretty sure you are supposed to throw them away after every use like a surgical mask.

True, but the goose down comforter won't box you in on the bed.

Or hack up hairballs onto the carpet for you to step on in bare feet in the middle of the night on your way to the bathroom.

C-D could sure use a gagging emoji.

I have several cashmere sweaters which are at least ten years old. I've even dyed a few when I got tired of the color. It's like having a new sweater!

I just bought this sweater drying rack to please the Karens.

I recently said, "I'm not dead yet." in a COVID thread. Some (older) guy said that he didn't know what I meant.

I used to know more Brits than most people because my mother was born there.

Any sweater that isn't fluffy like an angora blend hand washes well.

Just got a great cashmere sweater on Ebay for $18! It's more casual -- burgundy and tan striped deep V neck that is loose enough that I can layer over a thin, tight top for extra warmth.

I'm getting acclimated to mid 60s temps in my home. I turn down the heat at night and this morning it was 59 in my bedroom when I got up.

A couple of months ago I found a single ply mock turtleneck at the Salvation Army store for $18. I can wear a clingy long sleeved T or underwear top under it.
