Is there a dermatologist for understands shaving? What do I do to resolve this problem?

I'm white but have a fast growing, very unruly beard and super sensitive skin prone to bumps and razor burn. I either need to shave every day or let it go Grizzly Adams style.
IMO put the electric and double, triple edge razors away and go old school. Electrics and multiple edge cartridge blades shave at least some hairs, and many claim most hairs, below the skin's surface. For me the yield is bumps.
I've learned over the years to kick it old school.
1. Prorasso pre-shave, Noxzema works almost as well and is much cheaper.
2. 90% of the time I use either Tabac (German) or Prorasso (Italian) shave soap. Tabac is a little more slick so I'd try that first. Arko shave soaps are very slick and cheap but contain some animal fats that creep some people out.
3. I use a cheap Rockwell safety razor/handle and Feather double edge blades (Japanese). Feather sells the sharpest easily obtainable blades out there.
4. I shave every day if I miss a day wait at least three.
The daily + pre-softening + slick lather + ultra sharp blades that do not shave below the skin works for me. If you decide to try this check out a technique called, "buffing."
