thansk DC. hubby voted the first day, got to Roindon Hall about 9am and waited about 1/2 hour. I played bridge there today, planned on voting before bridge but the wait was 45 min to an hour. Our daughter and sil voted there today: yes, 45 min. I am going to give it a shot again, on Friday...

I voted already in a battleground swing state. I think it will be a big victory for Mitt & Pee-Wee, because I don't believe the polling that's been disseminated in the media. (They aren't even covering Libya ffs.) Many people being polled are embarassed to admit they're voting R due to the fear of being thought racist or just simply "really uncool" whitebread '50s throwbacks. Personally I think I'd enjoy that era with the possible exception of its horrible pop music and greasy kid stuff.

The music was really good to tell the truth: at least the songs told a story and had rythum...Now, for voting, I finally, after 3 tries voted yesterday. I waiting just about an hour, the tour out is record breaking btw. And yes, I think the election will go the way I want, but no one will really know until, probably Wednesday..The 50s, Romeny will not put us back to then, but some of the 50s are worth returning to, I can assure you.

As of Friday evening, more than 371,000 had voted in Arkansas. The Secretary of State thinks that turnout will be similar to 2008, they are projecting 1.07 million votes total for this election, which is about a 65% turnout.

I think it might be higher than 2008, but we will see. I am so glad I got it out of the way early.

Yes, good for you. I'll be in line tomorrow.

I tried three times last week to vote early, but the lines were so long, I didn't have time. I went by again this afternoon. They really needed some traffic control officers out there. Because, when the parking lot is full, the parking lot is full. Stopping on the street at the parking lot entrance isn't going to magically create parking spaces, but it will create traffic jams. There were people across the street in Rogers waving campaign signs this year, too. This election has generated a lot of interest. Of course, there are several big issues on the ballot this year which will drive up turnout.

It took me three tries before I was able to vote, but as I said, finally Friday I bit the bullet and stood in the hour long line. Today will tell us, the future the country will take for the next 4 years. Certainaly both pres candidates have worked hard to get the points across. I wouldn't trade places with either of them for 5 min.

Benton County might have their results today!!!!

Two of the people I work with had three-hour waits to vote.

In Pea Ridge, many people waited 4-plus hours to vote.
