74 or 75 during the day, 68 at night.

We keep it the same day and night at 76 degrees. We sleep with a fan in the bedroom so that keeps it plenty cool at night. I can't imagine keeping it at 68 degrees -that must cost a fortune in the summer months

Yeah, brrrr. 68 is too cold for me. I keep my house between 72 and 76 depending on what I did during the day. If I'm in the water for a considerable amount of time I usually keep it warmer. If I've been working around the house or outside all day I'll keep it cooler.

Mine's set for 83 w/43 percent humidity right now with ceiling fans running. I turn the thermostat down a couple once in awhile but so far it hasn't went below 80. We're acclimated to those temps so no need to set it any lower and I think it's less of a shock going outside when it's 95 deg.
