Outback, Chilis, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday, Cody's Roadhouse grill are the main chain restaurants in Sebring. How old are you? The whole Highlands County Area has a very large senior citizen population and the social scene is dead. However it is not a bad place to live, there are far worse towns in the area.

The best looking girl in ugly town is still ugly.

Otherwise, you nailed it. Dead county in the middle of nowhere. If I was a lower income senior who enjoyed golf, it would be my kind of place

I went into Cody's Roadhouse grill for dinner in January while driving back home from Orlando and the place was hopping, very few tables available, with that said I was the youngest person in the place,by about 10-15 years, seriously!!Sebring is one of the better towns in the area, not the most exciting place but as others have said not a bad place, especially for seniors.
