I need some advice and opinions on some areas in Florida!

How is the Tampa area?

How is the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area?

How is the Pensacola area?

How is the Panama City area?

How is the Fort Walton Beach area?

How is the Crestview area?

I am looking for low crime, affordable living (rental apartments), & short distance to great night life.

I may not find the perfect area with all three, but I'm all ears to hear your opinions!

You can find areas in each of your options that would qualify for low crime, affordable living (rental apartments), & short distance to great night life.
If it were my choice i would be focusing on the St Pete area.

I agree on St Pete being the best option. The areas of the panhandle you mentioned have a very different feel from the Tampa Bay Area, it is almost like a different state up there.

Winter temps along the Pensacola/Panama City area can be cold. Actual temps may be higher than inland Alabama/Georgia but that cold air coming off the Gulf-dang!

Tampa area is very nice, as is Sarasota. Both are growing areas, nice places to live.
