i used lots of white pepper and orange slices spread/laid out on the mulch and mine wouldn't go near the mulch pile and it gave off a nice smell too.

Best Solution!!
Call the city health department and complain.!!!!! I'm waiting on an idea or solution that is legal. I want protection , a fence, at least. My neighbors are so lax in their judgment to let their pets pee and poo in everyone's yard but theirs. Very Irresponsible pet owners!!! I hope I won't have to catch the kitties and send them to the gas chamber......But I don't want to get sick, because of all the kitty poo my dog is tracking in to me and my inside princess kitty.

I also have been having trouble with the stray cat and with people letting there cats out to go where ever they want.Yesturday was the last time I was using a pooper scooper! I went and bought a big box of moth balls and spead them over the area they was using and it is actually working!!
