Instead of raising park admission fees higher they could

1) Charge per bag you bring

2) charge for parking but by the hour $15 per hour like the airport

3) Charge $23.75 per ride per person on the monorail separate from the park admission

4) Charge per ride with big rides like it’s a small world , splash mountain, and Peter Pan flight $59.99 per person per ride on top the admission

Then keep parks admission at the same price for a while

Also for the parade they could charge a fee

Also the purchasing of tickets could automatically load in a 20% gratuity that is loaded on top the price of admission but in order to not pay it you have to select “opt out of it and actually select 0% gratuity are you sure yes/no , then a $160 one day admission won’t actually cost $192

Some of this could be done for convenience using a bracelet system where you have open tab and receive the bill when you get home from vacation but with credit approval before you travel. With smart bracelets you won’t even have to scan the bracelet it will use gps and your unique wrist to register payment when you enter say a monorail or parade or park

No.
This isn’t a Fair, nor is it modeled after a Fair (like Fun Spot.) It’s a Theme Park.

Yeah no kidding, when was the last time you were at Disney if you thought any of those were big rides now. I am assume this is purely satire because of that.

If you ever wonder why a theme park hasn't hired you to run it... the above is case in point why lol.

One of the first times I visited Disney was in 1998. I still have a beige hat with the name Walt Disney World in front. To this day I see that thing and rather than having come first memories of fun times there, rather I still lament I paid too much for that. It's like once you pass the Walt Disney World gate, the mouse turns mischeavious and robs you blind left, right and center. All with the smile characteristic of Mickey. Oh, the audacity to hear Mickey say things like "come again" when you're leaving with empty pockets! lol

Bad Mickey, very bad and greedy!!!

Can confirm the South Florida Fair was indeed doing this back in January and it was a complete turnoff.

I remember those. First time we visited Disney World in 1979. It was in July, so crowded and hot, but we thought everything was well organized, and we loved it. Not all the rides required tickets- exhibits sponsored by companies were generally free. It seemed to us that food at the restaurants and food stands were also reasonably priced.

Things have sure changed, not for the better. We went back after that first time, were not impressed, and we have sworn off Disney for many years now. These days, Disney would be the LAST place we'd go, or recommend to anyone.
