You didn't get any rain over the weekend? Rained A LOT out here in East Lake. Back pond was dry Friday morning. Now it's flooded over.

We didn't see any localized flooding that I know of, but our grass and other greenery are looking a lot happier this morning.

Well, the area itself didn't flood, but the pond certainly rose up beyond its edge, with a few inches of water visibly covering up grass.

Looks like we won't get any rain for another week or so, but what we got over the weekend was definitely a welcome surprise. My potted plants seem to be very happy as well.

Yeah, the weather forecast looks like very little chance of rain in thr next week or 10 days, but I'm hoping what we got over the weekend will tide us over till the rainy season starts.

Look at a rain fall map chap. You did with this with me last summer. There were bands of heavy rain jane that were like a mile wide and anyone on the other side clyde got jack like where i live. Anyone around my are and north got screwed and there was a band about 15 mile south of me that got around 1" and then 40 to 60 miles south east of me got plenty of rain my man.

Star looking at a color coded rainfall map bra so you can see for yourself who gets rain and who gets jack.

As i always say since the Roy Leep days. Local amounts will vary mary.
