The drought must be getting more serious.

I had to add water to my pool. Haven't had to do that before.

Not for months were i am sam. Don't know where you are and would need to know down to less than .02 of a mile. If i knew i could tell you years out. South FL had about 20" the last few days and the gulf coast got flooded south of Tampa. But the force field is too strong around me to ever get rain jane.

Not yet chet. Bet my life i don't get more than a few drops. Hope i am wrong and get 10". Last Apr i had 6" and 4" in one day at the start of the month and then nothing till June. May 9 out of 10 times is very dry for us. There is light rain all around me but most is not even reaching the ground. Can't break this force field.

Love to see another MAY 1979 when Tampa had 17" in two days jay. If we don't get any by this week then it's gonna very bad unless something freaky goes down in May.

We got some rain on Sunday- hard rain for maybe an hour. News said our neck of the woods ( Punta Gorda) got 2.26 inches out of that rain. It's raining now as we speak here, a light rain but has gone on for around a half hour so far. More rain forecast for later today and on into the coming days.

Corrie, I saw reports of flooding around Biscayne Blvd on the news- looks like y'all have gotten the brunt of this rain as it's concentrated around the southern tip of FL. They reported flooding in Marco Island too.

Don't think a continued drought will be an issue. Not here, anyway
