Hello all. I lived in the Hollywood , FL area for a while then moved to Miami which was great! I worked at the Dolphin Mall as a store manager and relocated after my company fell in. I am looking into moving to other areas of florida like Naples, Tampa area, Jupiter area, Pensacola, Fort Walton, Panama City and Ft. Lauderdale. Which area has the best job market? We all know florida is notorious fornot having any jobs lol! But, I am a single guy just turning 41 and would like to slow down and work to live. My job market is retail management and would appreciate any advice, help or direction from your experiences.

Please ignore the Avon spammer here

Anyway, you might try Sarasota - Sarasota has all kinds of shopping with more being built up on the north side - a big "life-style center" type mall is about to be built, 1.9 million square feet. That is in addition to tons of other shopping up that way. Plus, Sarasota has other shopping centers. Naples might also be a good choice.

Good luck!

Stick to the major cities. Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, or Orlando.
