Yea sure those big flying 2 inch long Florida roaches, they`re pretty good with some caramel and special dark chocolate.
The only downfall is when you get one of those long hairy legs stuck in your teeth.

Watermelon, gummy bears, pickled okra??? This is the best we have to offer? How about conch fritters? Someone said Key Lime Pie! Yum! Grouper fingers, and for me... I'll just take a martini, thank you.

Someone hasn't experienced all there is for food in Florida I guess. Watermelon is all over the USA, Gummy Bears are all over the world, Never heard of pickled Okra, BUT I love fried Okra!!! I tried fried gator when I first moved here, toooooo rubbery.

I agree with you. I think Florida has snacks that are much better than those listed in the survey. Anyone for rum punch?

Judging from these posts, the average age of participants on this board seems to have slipped a tad, maybe middle-school??? Where'd all the wise ole souls go? Aren't the kids supposed to be on facebook or myspace?
