Central Baptist Church in Daytona Beach had one of the best programs for decades known as "A Child's Place" which had to close their doors last year from lawsuits resulting from their school bus being hit on a field trip by another party. What a tragedy and shame!

Anyway, I would contact their church office to see who they are referring people to now in the area, as they had such high standards and reputation.

Our DD went to a place called Sandcastle Learninig Center and we were very happy with it. She was there from the time she was an infant until she was ready for kindergarten. She is going to fifth grade now and still once in awhile will ask if she can go back there and see some of her "teachers". I take that as a very positive thing! Problem is, the two I know of are located in Port Orange, so whether or not you can use it depends upon where you are locating to and where you will be working. The DSC (Daytona State College) lab school also has a great reputation for being warm with the children and doing things which are considered developmentally appropriate for the specific age group. That is located right in the heart of Daytona.
