I think that's the land price. If that's the last transaction, then a builder owns the lot and built a spec house or a buyer backed out. Either way the builder finished it in 2006 and has been stuck with it since.

Seriously what can that house cost to build? I know it's in the Founders Club and all but only a sucker would buy it for 1.5mill when you can rent it for so cheap.

I did not ignore any fact.
I was not responding to you and the posts I responded to had nothing AT ALL to do with rent vs, buy.
Now, if I respond to another one of your posts I will address what was in your post. If I am responding to another post I would appreciate it if you took the time to try and read them and see what is being discussed rather than accussing me of ignoring something completely different.
