According to the latest CNN/Money list of the best places to live in America, Florida Cities do not make the grade. Only one of the top 100 Cities are in Florida.
On the other hand, 5 of the top 25 are in Minnesota.
Why? Is the quality of life in Florida that bad?

I see three cities in Florida.... Coral Springs, Wellington and Coconut Creek.

Why do people put stock in these lists? They change year to year. Couple years ago Royal Palm Beach, Florida made "best place"... Gainesville was #1 before that. Did those places suddenly stop being good places to live in the course of one year? If so, beware anyone who moves to today's "best place" b/c tomorrow it may not be!

Yeah or Fargo, ND. Seriously, both of those are on the list and both of those are places with probably very little diversity, night life or restaurants. I'd take any major FL city (except Miami, maybe) over them any day of the week.

Who cares what they think. I can make a list where I may have Detroit, Pittsburgh or Over Town Miami the best based on my criteria. Often these lists fill a preconceived agenda depending what out come they want. Like maybe every poll you have ever read.

Those lists aren't going by most popular or has best night life, They are going for best overall places to live based on crime, jobs, pay, col, ect, ect..
