So many times I am here eating, yet it's not really breakfast or lunch or dinner. I've always wondered why there is no thread for those times.
Right now it's 2:20 a.m. and I got out of bed to have a big bowl of spaghetti with vegetable/meat sauce!

Pan dulce and coffee. Oh yeah My wife just picked up the fresh masa for the tamales and the nixtamal for the pozole. I asked her to get me a piece of pan dulce, the one shaped like a pig "puerquitos" because that's what I am going to feel like after this weekend is over.
