Nan, I changed up a little this morning.......milk with cereal and hot tea

Egg, cheese,ham on an english muffin and a fruit protein shake also coffee

2 poached eggs atop toasted and buttered English muffin halves, with an extra half of a toasted buttered muffin on the side...I put a dusting of garlic powder on the poached eggs and it was excellent; something I've never had before.
