Hobo chicken - chicken breasts, sliced onion, bell pepper, banana peppers, green beans, potatoes, corn, butterbeans - seasoned with some lemon pepper, a little Dale's, some onion powder, pinch of adobo seasoning, black pepper - baked in tinfoil packets on the grill.
Soba noodles with spicy Thai Peanut Butter/Ginger/Garlic Sauce (scratch-made) and broccoli...can you tell I was too lazy to go shopping and was cooking from the cupboard and frig?
