Jumping on the chicken bandwagon, lol
I'm roasting a chicken stuffed with herbs and lemon, sides are cous-cous, and steamed green beans,
The chicken is in the oven, it smells heavenly!

Seitan tacos with tons of shredded greens and onion. Served with brown rice and black beans.

A couple of breaded, fried tilapia fillets with a side of steamed rice, small green salad and orange slices. Iced tea for beverage.

The fish fillets were good but cooking them was a royal pain in the because:

1) The grease from the skillet splattered all over the stove top; and
2) I had to open the kitchen window to let the "fishy" odor out.

That sounds great, haven't done this in a while. I think I'll get a roaster next time I'm in the supermarket.

We had Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Ground chicken cooked with lots of chopped veggies served in romaine leaves. It was good! Even my 13 yr old son who only eats like 5 things willingly liked them.

If it smells that heavenly, then keep those windows closed, and the doors locked!

There's some very poor renters who moved in a couple doors up from me, and with this economy, you never know!!!

You may wake up tomorrow, hungering for leftovers, and the chicken is gone, and you're left with just the green beans!
