Potato-Ham salad. Basic potato salad, potato cubes, chunks of ham, chopped raw yellow onion, a drained can of beets. Mayo, brown mustard, paprika. Sliced tomato on the side. I left my potatoes on too long, and they were like mashed potatoes, so it was Russian style. I forgot to put eggs on to boil in advance. I thought of putting in frozen peas, but the bowl looked too full. It was good as it was, I don't like to drown things in too many ingredients. Rule Of Threes, from my friend a chef.
