Made Flounder in the oven with sliced onions, herbs, tomatoes, carrots & made oven roasted potatoes...

...& a Chocolate Cake!

instead of beef stew make it --deer stew with the fixings out of my garden
deer(that i fed on my corn and alfafa all summer) shot and butchered a month ago, potatoes, canned carrots, canned green beans, canned tomatoes and bread from my bread maker

Roast turned out great yesterday. Now for tonight, I'm still thinking about it. I'm in a bit of a daze..been up since 4:30 at our volunteer work. Maybe by noon I'll be back with the living!

Just put some meatballs and sweet sausage in the crockpot with sauce..Going to make Hero's later, toasted in the oven with provolone cheese.
