For me i'm a total popcorn junkie, I only allow myself to eat it about once a week because I like to eat alot of it (i'm an addict) and I add a stick of butter and a massive amount of salt.
Every so often I will get a massive chocolate craving also and I can polish off one of those big hershey bars with almonds..
Not good I know but I dont drink..do drugs and cut my smoking down to 4-6 a day a guys gotta have a vice..

I love popcorn too. You do know you can make your snack a bit more "balanced" by throwing in some protein too, right? Try some almonds with your popcorn next time.

My other favorite? Hummus. I make it healthy by dipping rax veggies (carrots, celery, etc) instead of pita chips.

By favorite "binge" though has to be salty blue-corn chips with a really nice chunky salsa. Yum!!!!

Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Cashew Nuts, Peanuts, Almonds pretty much all nuts apart from Brazil nuts. Also Olives both Green and Black. Hummus, Taramasalata with flat bread or Pitta. Sun-Blushed Tomatoes with Walnut Bread, Extra virgin Olive oil and Aged Balsamic with good crusty bread. So, so many... Pate ( especially game or pork) , smoked salmon or mackerel pate and often just some good artisan breads with some artisan sea salt butter. Yum.

Wow a WHOLE stick of butter? That's awesome

Hummus with pita chips is my hands-down favorite. I could probably live on it. For a sweet snack, I don't really like candy but I loove milk chocolate, so I buy those tiny snack sized bars for small rewards to myself for doing yucky things.

There's a bread company in the area that makes a cheddar roll.. 3/4's of the roll is solid cheese - nommmmmmmmm! we never buy it anymore because it only lasts a day!

I like Hummus also with pita chips.. I can also eat my weight in Chips and the Flaming hot crunchy cheetoes. I'm just trying to avoid stuff like this as for me there is no moderation.. once I start forget it...

Another Hummus fan here. I love them with Pita chips and if I am feeling like cheating than I go with Ritz toasted chips.

I also will snack on popcorn as well but has to be plain as I hate popcorn with butter or salt. I can do kettle corn but only if I have been at the fair and got a fresh batch of it. Not a big fan of microwave popcorn of any kind.
