Fast-food chain KFC is to replace its 50-year-old claim that its chicken fillets and burgers are "finger-lickin' good" as part of a menu of changes aimed at promoting healthy eating and combatting its negative image.
KFC is no longer finger licking good. Maybe they were afraid of being sued for false advertising. The last time I had it and the coleslaw I made up my mind I would not eat it again. It was that nasty. The flavor has changed. I used to love KFC original recipe.

Too bad. I have to drive 20 miles to get to my not-so-local KFC and it's worth every penny of that quickly-escalating fuel cost.
I saw one of the chicken suppliers animal cruelty videos from over 5 years ago and haven't eaten there since. I used to really like their food but they needed to make a statement condemning that supplier and severing all ties to them which they never did. I don't even particularly like PETA and I'm 100% carnivore. At least there's Chick Fil A.
So why don't they have a slogan like " chicken kicking good"?

My daughter (who was 10 at the time) brought that video to my attention and we haven't eaten KFC since then. I'm more of a Popeye's sort anyway.
