The calorie count is pretty normal for read meat, as ditchlights stated. Fast food burgers have higher calorie and fat counts if you compare it ounce for ounce and the quality of the meat is a much lower grade.

For me the 8oz burger is a little too large, the dogs had about a quarter of it. I ate it on a whole wheat bun with a green salad on the side. I don't really worry about fat and calories, I just try to eat real food in moderation and balance.
