I'll tell you what really irritates me and that is these persons who come to the door with the same old story about getting a college scholarship if I just buy some of their magazine subscriptions. Now, those people irritate me. The little girls with the cute mom standing in the driveway keeping an eye on things? Not so much. That's why I always end up with a pile of those crappy cookies.
If the Girl Scouts sold Famous Amos or Newmans Own Chocolate Chip, I'd be stocking up. But, they make the same tired deal with Keebler (Yuck-0 Where is my vomiting cat GIF?) every year.

Granddaughter is a GS. I buy the stupid cookies. Many boxes.
I don't have to put up with the little predators in front of the supermarket. Winco doesn't allow them or any of the annoying nonprofits that set up in front of the other stores.

Personally, I think your use of the word "predator" in relationship to a child was totally uncalled for!

I always buy them. I was a Brownie and a Girl Scout. I sold GS mixed nuts overseas and I sold the cookies in the US. It's not fun but it is how the GS's raise funds. The price does not bother me. It's one time a year and it's for a good cause.
love it!!! (Bulldog's poster I mean, quoting your post didn't make it show up.)
