At work, I sometimes will eat fruit just out of can ( pears, peaches ). I usually eat fish/mussels from a can. Soup or veggies?? No... If I am desperate, I will eat canned soup or veggies, but I like them warm.

Peach halves. I love those things right out of the can. During the summer I put them in the fridge over night to get cold before eating.

I'll eat tuna, sandwich meat spreads, smoked oysters or kipperd herring, but most things I prefer to heat up.

I buy cans of cheap refried beams, spike them with tabasco sauce, and dip tortilla chips in it for a munchy snack. Otherwise very few cans in my house.

Tuna in Springwater... lovely. Just peel the lid and attack it with a spoon.
