HG that is good news about your student.

I have the red potatoes so I am headed your way! How heavy of a coat do I need for this evenings meal?

HG any word on your interview yet? Glad to hear the student will recover quickly. Now you need to rest this weekend to feel better girl!

Thank God for a Crock Pot! I can hear the painters reinstalling my plantation shutters in my master bedroom. I finally get to sleep in the master bedroom again after being exiled since Monday night! I am sure there is sheet-rock dust everywhere so I knew I did not want to "cook" anything tonight.

I made a Thai Curry. The curry is made from a concentrated paste that you add coconut milk and chicken broth to. I threw in carrots, onions, potatoes and chicken thighs. I also had some taro root that I threw in there too. I hope the taro comes out okay.

It's sunny but a bit nippy in Atlanta today. The wind in blowing very hard though! We had tornado warnings outside the metro area last night. The storm knocked out 20 minutes of American Idol!

Good afternoon, everyone! Food sounds so good, but I am not in the mood to cook. I do have some chicken legs thawed so I will have to dig back a couple pages and see what I can do with them.

Just got my dang sore throat back today... Thought I was rid of it.
