I love that show Chopped. I don't know if it has been done on here but we can play a forum game. I will list 3 or 4 items and if it's an appetizer, entree or dessert. And you list what you would make. And then it's your turn to list the items and indicate which meal it is.

Appetizer:

Jar of cheez whiz
Fresh Scallops
Arugula
White wine

Great idea for a thread. Interesting first choice of ingredients. I keep thinking of many ideas incorporating 3 of the 4, but getting the last is the tough part. I guess I will try to hide a hint of the cheez whiz (bleh, who likes that junk) in a cauliflower pure. Smear a bit of that on the plate. Perfectly sear a couple of scallops, on top of that. Then make a pesto-white-wine-sauce which incorporates the arugula and white wine, and drizzled over the top of those seared scallops.

entree round.
beef tongue
siracha sauce
red potatoes
peanuts

I might do fried, sliced beef toungue marinated in soy sauce, sriracha, mirin, and sugar, and topped sparingly with julienned carrots and crushed peanuts. Red potatoes with butter and worcestershire and chopped onions.

Dinner:
Boneless pork shoulder
cauliflower
cabbage
cola
