Some of them no doubt date to the Reagan Administration. When they get bland, I just use more.

As for me, I really don't have that many: maybe, including herbs and spices about 20 I am guessing. I also have fresh herbs in the garden. I have mint, basil, lemon balm and rosemary.
I love spices and have quite a few, but 150 spices is a lot. I would guess 50 different spices, which I have purchased at the store. I also use fresh herbs from the garden and dry those to use during the winter so I have this strange arrangement of weird sized bottles, with handwritten herb names on them. I hope the local sheriff doesn't raid my house and think they are something besides herbs!!
My most prized spice and probably the most expensive spice is saffron. I don't use it often but love having it so when I need it, it's there.
I smiled earlier today when my mom, a private nurse, called me saying, "Omigosh I am cleaning out this cabinet with spices dating back to the 70's...."
Apparently the elderly gentleman there used to love to cook before he was ill and had spices but never ever threw any out. Ever.
I'm guessing in the 50-60 range, including extracts for baking
