This morning was at Black Walnut Café in Allen, TX (while anticipating next week's BWC opening in Coppell --- More later....). I sat down to some bacon and cheese kolaches, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, peppered bacon, potatoes O'Brien, an English muffin, and coffee.
This morning: Norma's Café with chicken-fried steak, two eggs over-medium, hash browns, biscuits, and Community coffee.
