This morning I had Pumpernickel bread with butter and buckwheat honey,1/2 a pink grapefruit and 2 cups jasmine green tea

This morning was two slices Irish oatmeal pane , toasted and buttered. A cup of tea to drink.

2 slices of French toast and some orange slices. Grape juice to drink.

I whipped up some pan-fried potatoes with onions and green and red peppers, then melted a slice of cheese on top. Delish!

I made scrambled eggs with cheese sausage spring onion scramble thing topped with green chili sauce, orange juice and coffee.
