For Easter morning I got a recipe from my niece's mother in law, who is Italian. Never made it before but it sounded good....
So I am making a Pizza Rustica - a ricotta cheese pie made with three types of cheese ricotta, mozzarella, and provelone, ham, salami, pepperoni and sausage and hard boiled.
Spring greens and tomatoes with a light lemon dressing. Fruit salad.
Orange juice, coffee or tea,
It's kind of a brunch dish, but it's good for after church.
Easter -- I dissolved a blue Marshmallow Peep in my hot coffee. (Just so-so.)
Otherwise, sausage patty, eggs over easy and toast with strawberry jam.
Was there an evil cackle as you watched it melt?
Today I had a couple scrambled eggs. And coffee. Kitty not eating so I made the eggs so she could have some but she still didn't eat them.
